After sale service

Utien Pack ensures 12 months warranty for our machine, excluding wearable parts such as silicon strip and heating wire. When any problem occurs to the machine, we’re happy to offer technology guidance online. Also our engineer is available to go abroad for machine installation, basic training, and repair. More details can be discussed further.

Testing package

Customers are welcome to send their products to our factory for free testing packaging.
